Aaron Fallahi is a native of Kentucky, born and raised in the vibrant city of Lexington. He proudly served in the United States Air Force and actively participated in the global war on terror, specifically in Afghanistan.
Utilizing the benefits of the GI Bill, Aaron pursued his higher education at the University of Kentucky, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Motivated by a passion for justice, he then pursued and successfully earned his Juris Doctorate from the esteemed Northern KY Chase College of Law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fallahi has garnered diverse legal experience across various practice areas. He commenced his journey as a Staff Attorney at the Fayette County Circuit Courthouse, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of the legal system. Subsequently, he honed his skills as an Insurance Defense litigator, deftly handling complex cases. Driven by a deep commitment to advocating for the rights of individuals, Aaron transitioned to serve as a Criminal Defense attorney with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy. This role allowed him to protect the interests of his clients and ensure fair and just treatment within the legal framework.
